At CNBC, I had the opportunity to shadow anchors and journalists during the early morning segment of Squawk Box, providing in-depth analysis and debate ahead of the European market opening. This experience offered valuable insights into overnight market movements and how news outlets set the agenda for the trading day. I was immersed in the production side of broadcast journalism, conducting interviews with senior anchors, the Head of News, and journalists, which deepened my understanding of effective business reporting. This hands-on experience gave me direct exposure to the complex dynamics of a live news studio and enhanced my ability to confidently communicate complex financial news to a global audience.
